BC Module Solution
- To meet the demanding requirements of BC (Back Contact) modules for high reliability, low degradation, and long-term weather resistance, we have introduced a high-performance encapsulation solution suitable for both single-glass and dual-glass BC modules.
- Through the synergistic design of a low-acid encapsulant film system and high-barrier materials, the solution effectively enhances module stability under damp heat, PID, and long-term operating conditions.
Single-glass Module
- Our encapsulation solution for BC single-glass modules uses a combination of low-acid EPE film with a high-barrier white, or low-acid EVA film.
- After PCT96 testing, the acid value remains around 70 ppm; after PID192 testing, the power degradation is less than 5%; after DH1000 testing, the degradation is less than 3%.
Double-glass Module
- We have recently introduced a dual-EPE encapsulation solution specifically for BC double-glass modules.
- By utilizing low-acidification EPE and advanced manufacturing processes, this solution achieves industry-leading performance in corrosion resistance, barrier properties, and anti-polarization.
- It delivers a PID192 degradation of less than 4% and a DH2000 degradation of less than 3%.
