EPE Solar Film Structure
- Top layer: EVA, providing excellent adhesion and lamination compatibility.
- Middle layer: POE, enhancing PID resistance, moisture barrier performance, and damp-heat durability.
- Bottom layer: EVA, improving bonding with the glass, solar cells, and backsheet.
This structure combines the performance advantages of both EVA and POE, enabling EPE encapsulation film to achieve a well-balanced combination of reliability, processability, and cost-effectiveness.
