WSD-3102 PV Composite Frame Coating
- WSD-3102 is a water-based acrylic weather-resistant coating. It consists of two components: Component A and Component B. Component A is formulated with water-based materials, while Component B uses polyisocyanate adducts as the curing agent.
- It is suitable for weather-resistant coating of fiberglass composites and metal parts, offering low substrate pretreatment requirements, high appearance yield, and adjustable gloss.

Application Process Parameters
1. Substrate Preparation
The working surface requires primer application, followed by sanding and dust removal.
2. Component Description
Component A is a water-based weather-resistant coating, and Component B is the curing agent.
3. Preparation
Before mixing, Component A should be stirred thoroughly by hand or with low-speed mechanical stirring to avoid excessive bubbles.
4. Mixing Ratio
Mix Component A and Component B at a mass ratio of 100:25.
5. Mixing Procedure
Mix Component A and Component B according to the specified ratio, using manual stirring or low-speed mechanical stirring until fully uniform. Adjust viscosity with deionized water as needed for on-site application, then filter through a 200- or 300-mesh screen.
6. Application Viscosity
Recommended spray viscosity: 40–100 seconds using a Tu-4 cup, adjustable according to actual application conditions.
7. Pot Life
After mixing, the two components should be used within 4 hours at temperatures ≤30°C, and within 3 hours at temperatures ≥30°C.
8. Application Method
This product is designed for air spray application.
9. Application Conditions
Recommended spray environment: 20–30°C, 45%–65% RH, and air velocity of 0.2–0.5 m/s.
Recommended spray pressure: 0.35–0.6 MPa. Keep the spray gun 20–30 cm from the workpiece surface and as perpendicular as possible. Final settings may be adjusted according to on-site equipment and production conditions.
10. Film Thickness
Recommended dry film thickness: 30 ± 5 μm.
11. Drying Conditions
Air drying at room temperature or forced baking is available.
For forced baking: flash off at 40 ± 5°C for 20–40 minutes after application, then bake at 80 ± 5°C for 1 hour.
