Why Choose Our POE Solar Film?
Excellent Moisture Barrier
- Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) <5.0 g/m²·day helps enhance the long-term reliability of modules under damp-heat environmental conditions.
High Light Transmittance
- Light transmittance >91%, meeting the requirements of high-efficiency modules for optimal incident light utilization.
Excellent PID Resistance
- Volume resistivity >1×10^15 Ω·cm, suitable for high-system-voltage modules and helping reduce the risk of PID.
No Risk of Acetic Acid Release
- Compared with EVA materials, POE systems do not generate acetic acid by-products, helping reduce the risk of corrosion on metal grid lines, ribbons, and solar cell surfaces.
UV Protection Options
- Our B602MP and B602P POE films feature UV-cut designs, making them suitable for transparent backsheet modules and high-reliability encapsulation applications.
Low-Temperature Encapsulation Options
- Our B606L / B606LW are thermoplastic TPO encapsulation films designed for low-temperature encapsulation applications such as perovskite, thin-film, CIGS, and PC substrate modules.

Applications
Double Glass Module
- Due to the higher requirements for moisture resistance and electrical insulation in double-glass module structures, POE encapsulation film has become one of the mainstream solutions.
- Applicable Products: B602, B602MP, B602P
High-Efficiency N-Type Modules
- Compared with traditional P-type modules, N-type modules (TOPCon, HJT) offer higher efficiency and lower degradation. However, they also require encapsulation materials with superior electrical insulation, PID resistance, and low acid value. Therefore, POE encapsulation film has become a key material.
- Applicable Products: B602, B602MP, B602P
BC Modules
- Due to the more sophisticated structure of BC cells, encapsulation materials are required to provide enhanced UV stability, reflectivity, and long-term reliability. High-performance POE encapsulation solutions are therefore commonly used.
- Applicable Products: B602P, B606LW
Lightweight & Flexible Modules
- Lightweight modules typically use composite front sheets, flexible back sheets, or ultra-thin glass, which place higher demands on the flexibility, adhesion, and lightweight compatibility of encapsulation films.
- Applicable Products: B606L, B606LW
